좋은 작품을 선택하는 눈을 갖어야 하고..
작품을 잘관리하여 훌륭한 감독들의 선택을 받아야 하고..
좋은 연기로 팬들의 자랑이 되어주어야 하고..

(she needs) to have the eyes to select a good work (project?)..
Needs to have managed your body of works well (= a good filmography) for good directors to choose to work with you...
and she needs to make her fans happy with good acting...

화보나 광고도 나서 주어야 하고...

To tell you the truth, Doona Mom
prefers Doona's photo spreads.
It seems Doona can express her energy the best through the photo spreads.
광고를 많이 하다보면 화보는 줄어들죠.
선택에 제약이 많이 생기니까...
If you do a lot of CFs, (the chances are) you can do less of the photo spreads
as doing CFs limits the options you can have (if you wanted to do the photo spreads?)
