Dear emmy, Chun & fellow Doona fans,
thank you so much for the translation & video subbing projects. You girls are really amazing. I know the projects are really hard works, it will take a lot of time and effort.
To be honest, being an international fan and doesn’t understand Korean language at all sometimes can be very hard. I’ve to depend on Google Translate in order to decipher the meaning of printed articles. Most of the time Google Translate does a decent job translating the articles, but sometimes you just want to hit your head on the wall because the translation doesn’t make sense at all hehe
And watching videos with no English subtitles is even worse than reading the Korean articles, because there’s no Google Translate to help you understand and interpret the interviews :(
Therefore, I’m forever grateful for these translation projects. God bless you girls. I hope people will get to know Doona better through this project.

한국팬인 저도 클라우드 아틀라스 영어 인터뷰 영상이나 기사들을 보면서 얼마나 답답했었는지.. qaz님 말씀에 백번 공감해요! 구글 번역기를 이용해도 정확한 의미로 번역 해주는 것도 아니고.. 텍스트 기사는 그나마 번역기라도 이용하지만 영상은 번역기 조차 이용할 수 없으니 더 답답하죠ㅠㅠ
유투브 영상들 댓글에서도 많은 분들이 번역 자막을 넣어달라고 하시더라구요.. 저희도 그 마음 너무 잘 아니까 다 해드리고 싶은데... 짧은 영어로 번역 했다가 배배우님 의도와는 전혀 다르게 전달 될 수도 있고.. 번역기로 작문해도 결과는 같을거 같아서 발만 구르고 있었어요ㅠㅠ
근데 왕팬님, 에미씨가 총대 매고 나서주셔서 얼마나 감사한지 몰라요! 한국어를 영어로 옮기기가 절대 쉬운 작업이 아닌데... 저는 그냥 조금 거드는 사람이구용 ㅎㅎ 모든 감사는 에미씨에게 드려요 우리! (춘지니 13.08.12 22:22) |
